Experience:	Teaching experiences: 2015 to present NIE trained (Special needs education), Classroom teaching experience, Develop science curriculum for special needs and teach English math and science based on mainstream syllabus to special needs (mild intellectual, autism, adhd, Down syndrome) students of age 9-17 in metta school for 4 years, Currently teaching p3(2 students, Eng math and sci)and p4(1 student, Eng math and sci), p5 (1student Eng math and science) and p6(1 student, math and sci) Track record: p2 showed improvement in number sense, better in grasping concepts and showed confidence in doing her work. Both p3s: 50% to >70% P4 student: 50% to 80%. P5 students: maintain >80% and above for math and science. 1 achieve 70% for English and the other manage from fail to pass grade. P6: science from below 10% to now pass grade in her most recent prelims and the other p6 improved from 60% to now 80%. Methods: Meet the objectives and sub objectives from syllabus. Help students build strong foundations in the subjects or topics learnt. Form a good habit of answering questions and when doing questions, identify students needs in the subject and reinforce concepts/topics/strategies to help student achieve better confidence and results.Achieve better grades by motivating and reinforcing concepts learnt. Providing a structure to answering questions and extracting accurate knowledge and information to specific questions in the subjects/topics.
